Shipping/Order Policy

Where does the Remedy ship to?

We ship to all 50 states using USPS priority mail service. We do not ship outside of the United States (sorry).

What does the Chillax box look like?

The Chillax Box is discreetly shipped in a 6″x 6″x 2″ white box.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

It will take 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns nor price adjustments. The Remedy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or shipped to the incorrect address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange a pick up or delivery. If your package is stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.

I ordered both a sample box and full-size products, but only one of the packages came in the mail.

Since sample boxes are packaged individually, they will ship as individual units. If you ordered both a sample box and other full-size products, you will receive two separate deliveries.
